Para ello nos puede consultar en días laborales por teléfono o correo electrónico desde las 08.30 hasta las 13.00. y por la tarde desde las 17.00 hasta las 18.30. En caso de que el problema no se pueda resolver por teléfono o correo electrónico le ofrecemos la posibilidad de una visita a domicilio*. Si la reparación de su equipo no se puede realizar en su domicilio o oficina, lo recogemos* y se lo volvemos a traer después de las reparaciones necesarias.

The Helpdesk can be reached by telephone or E-mail during working days from 08:30 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 18:30

In case your computer problem can not be solved by a single telephone call or email, we can make an appointment* to visit you at youre house or office. Sometimes it is not possible to repair the computer onsite and it needs technical assistance in our company, in that case we will pick -up* the computer at your location and bring it back after repairs.
